For years, Jenny and I have taken the kind of elaborate vacations that make your return to work seem relaxing. This year, we resolved to correct that trend and found a beautifully relaxing beach front escape for our family. We took the girls and Jenny, Ba Ngoai, Ong Ngoai, Auntie Mary – sadly Grandma had to take a rain ticket!

We rented a big vacation house at 57 Blackwater Street, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 and all bunked up together. Each family member took turns cooking, we road bikes to/from the beach, toured the local shops and simply enjoyed a little time away from work, cell phones and life.
