Our girls love fish… Throw in some cute little birds they can feed, penguins and acreage to run around and you’ve got the making of a great outing. We love the Aquarium of the Pacific — big enough to see diversity, but small enough that our girls leave with remaining energy. Today, Kate got to feed tons of little Lorikeets in the 3,200-square-foot Lorikeet Forest. On our way in, we bought cups of nectar and the birds happily fly over and drink while standing on your arm, the fence or wherever they can to get the sweet drink. Kate held a few cups while Sophie watched in amazement – I think she wanted to grab one!
