About Jenny Pozadzides

Welcome to our site! Here’s a little about me as well…

I grew up in Vietnam and came to the US when I was ten. Over the years, I’ve moved to some interesting places: Dallas, Los Angeles, Austin and Houston (where you can find the best Vietnamese food outside of the motherland).

After studying Business and Biology at UT Austin (the real UT), I decided to pursue medicine at UT Houston Medical School. Currently, I am finishing residency with plans to pursue a career treating patients afflicted with cancer.

I met Kirk (the guy writing most of the blog) in 2006 and I look forward to taking this journey in life with him. Now that I have someone to carry my luggage, I can show him a few places I’ve been: England, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Mexico, Nicaragua, and (of course) Vietnam.
